Tommy E. Thompson, Jr.  With over 20 years experience in both farm related industries and financial industries, Tommy is the principal and the commercial appraiser for our company.   As a former CEO of a major financial institution, he is uniquely qualified to understand ALL aspects of the valuation business.
 

Brandi Moore is our office/appraiser assistant.  She handles various projects for our appraisers as well as our supervisor and owner of the company.  She tackles whatever is thrown her way as efficiently as possible.

William Thompson is one of our part-time residential appraisers, as he finishes college he also prepares himself for the real world by working in the appraisal business.  He is quick and accurate.

William “Billy” Youngblood is the returning residential appraiser to complete our staff.  He covers counties in the general coverage area and is ready to do whatever is needed of him to get the job done correctly.  Billy’s scheduling and reports are also handled by Brandi.
